Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the THM Shop at thmshop@toronto.ca within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. All returns must be pre-approved before sending.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and earrings. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Returns will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We try to ensure that pictures are accurate; however, we cannot guarantee that they are exactly as they appear. The same disclaimer applies to dimensions and weights which, due to the handmade nature of some products, may sometimes vary.
Product pricing
Although every effort is made to avoid it, it is possible that the price of products will be listed incorrectly. If you order a product that has been incorrectly priced we may delay shipping the item and contact you. Product pricing may change as part of the regular running of our shop however will not affect you once an order has been placed.
Events beyond our control
We will not be liable for any failure or delay to perform any of our obligations caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.
If an event beyond our control takes place that will cause a failure or delay to perform our obligations, we will contact you as soon as possible and our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event outside of our control.
