What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, Interac debit, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

When will my payment be processed?
Payment is taken from your card once your order is placed and you have received your email confirmation.

How will my payment appear on my statement?
Your Toronto History Museums Shop transaction will be listed as "City of Toronto" on your statement.

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order has been submitted successfully you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order details and a confirmation number. At this point the order has been successfully placed and payment will be taken from your card. 

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at 416-392-7500 or email thmshop@toronto.ca. We will be happy to help you; however, changes and cancellations can only be accommodated if your order has not been completed.  

I did not receive my order confirmation.
Order confirmations are sent automatically by the system when you place an order. Typically, this takes no longer than 10 minutes. If for some reason you did not receive your confirmation, we recommend you check your junk folder first and then contact us at 416-392-7500 or email thmshop@toronto.ca to make other arrangements. 

How do I track my order?
Please visit Canada Post to track your order here. You can find your tracking number in your confirmation email.

Can I send my order to a different shipping address?
Yes, you can send your order as a gift and to a different shipping address.  At checkout just enter the recipient’s name and their address in the shipping address field. The billing address will be your address, make sure you click on Use a different billing address. For more information about shipping, click here .

My order is a gift... do you include price information on your packing slips?
Don't worry; we never include the price on any of the packages that we ship out!

My order was a gift, can I return it?
If you would like to return items that you received as a gift, please follow our return policy protocols.  Please note, the refund can only be credited to the purchaser and all return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.

How does my purchase support the Toronto History Museums?
100% of the proceeds from your purchase go back to the Toronto History Museums, to support our programs and exhibits.  Thank you for your support.

Is there a way I can find out about new products and/or upcoming sales?
Yes! Subscribe to the Toronto History Museums Newsletter to receive information about upcoming products and promotions as well as updates to the museums. To subscribe, click on this link and scroll to the bottom of the page to enter your email address to receive the monthly email.

Are the Toronto History Museums shops open?
As part of the City’s COVID-19 response, all City-operated museums are closed until further notice. However, our online shop remains open and is taking orders. Stay up-to-date on all changes to City services.
