Toronto: Street Level is the culmination of the work created by the photographers who participated in Frames of Reference, a twelve-week workshop organized by the Abilities Arts Festival in 2012. Conceived as a hands-on workshop that would go beyond the technical aspects of making digital photographs, the focus centered on the meaning of photographs in the context of a broad range of disability issues in Toronto. This book encapsulates the exhibition and slide projection based on the resulting work.
