Show support for Canada’s Indigenous communities by wearing this hand-beaded pin of an orange shirt on a blue background.  Beaded Orange Shirt Pins can be worn at any time, symbolizing awareness, understanding, and solidarity with First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples.

Susan specifically designed our pins for the children who did not return home. The sky blue background reminds Susan, and she hopes everyone, that these "lost" children have gone onto the Sky world.

The practice of wearing orange shirts and items to honour Indigenous children who were sent to residential schools began in 2013 in a school in Williams Lake, B.C. and has since spread across Canada. September 30th is now known as Orange Shirt Day. Wear this pin any time, but especially on that day.

  • Dimensions: 1.75 x 1.25 inch
